There are many movies called Destiny, even some americans one. It’s not a problem if a movie has the same name as others, specially when it comes to ‘one word titles’ as long as the story is not the same. In this instance I wouldn’t call that stealing…
This movie is over a year old, so it could be that both Destiny movies were in productions around the same time, and having the same name is sheer coincidence. The theft accusation here is not uncall for.
