Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez gives county key to actor Jimmy Jean-Louis and Haitian Ambassador to the United States, his Excellency Raymond Alcide Joseph during the 5th Annual Haitian Independence Month Celebration.
The Haitian Independence Month celebration is one of the Mayor’s Initiatives designed to promote interaction within our multi-cultural society, and to create understanding and appreciation amongst the different traditions in Miami-Dade County.
