Movie Lakay is honored to have received the “Award of Excellence” for outstanding contribution to Haitian Cinema at the First Annual Miami Haitian Film Festival, which was hosted by the Haitian American Association of Filmmakers (The HAAF).

We are thankful to all the filmmakers, actors, and fans here on MovieLakay.com who have been supporting us.

The HAAF also honors Filmmaker Bob Lemoine, actresses Sheila Mocombe, Esther Precival, Mimcy D. Laguerre, and Erline Andre, actor Daniel Adolph, comedian Jean-Claude Joseph well-known as Papa Pye, and also Belfim.com.

The Haitian American Association of Filmmakers is a non-profit corporation officially registered in the United States.
