Haitian Comedian Jean-Claude Joseph, well-known as Papa Pye, has sadly died this morning October 18. He was 66.
According to several sources, Papa Pye was rushed to an Orlando, Florida, hospital on Friday after an apparent asthma attack.
Papa Pye became popular in the 1980s when he starred in the comedy series “La Vie Nan Bouk La” in which he played a pipe-smoking, toothless single parent.
