Logline: An adolescent girl defies her father’s wishes and joins a dance group which he believes represents the darker side of his culture. Her need to join this group triggers repressed memories of his first wife.

Synopsis: Nandy’s intrinsic love for her heritage leads her to join a dance group in spite of her father’s strong objections. Tensions mount in the household as her father renounces the style of dance as representing the darker side of his culture. As Nandy watches her classmates rehearse for an upcoming performance at her school, she becomes intrigued with the choreography. She’s compelled to master.
