Frantz Design’s 3rd Annual Haitian Movie Awards will be held at the Pathways College Performing Arts Center, New York on Saturday, September 25th, 2010.

The Bellywood Haitian Movie Awards, is an annual film award ceremony held in New York, United States, celebrating films and actors from the Haitian Movie Industry (H.M.I.).

The award ceremony was introduced in 2008 by Frantzson Saintilien also known as Frantz Design, and was originally titled, “First Annual Frantz Design Semi Cinema Awards.” It was re-named Bellywood Movie Awards in 2009.

Program Rules and Eligibility

- To be eligible for the awards, your movie must be released on DVD in 2009. Only 2009 movies will be awarded.

- Register your movie with a $50 non-refundable money order now until July 30th, 2010.

A reviewing committee comprised of executives within the film industry will judge each entry and select the winner.

Fans of Haitian films will be able to nominate their favorite stars for each respective award category here on MovieLakay.com.
